Genghis a half-Khare RIP 01/04/24
Genghis, Gcinaphi's husband/bf passed away yesterday. Euthanasia was felt to be a way out of his misery as a result of old-age and being in the wars for all of his 20 years. He'd been beaten up by humans and been in the wars with some massive tom's in his life-time, which led to him having a permanently dislocated right forearm and broken left hip. This did not stop him from wooing Gcinaphi one bit. After being neutered 8 years ago, it was thought that he would calm down. But far from it, it seemed that he felt he needed to put on more of a show to prove to everyone that he was still the 'man'. Thankfully, in his last year or two, he became more of a permanent resident at the KFANDRA office and experience how life could've been if he was domesticated. The image above was taken when he thought he was alone and didn't need to put up a macho pretence. KFANDRA may put up a quick video in his memory soon.

Our man Sachin 'Ahchin' Kadam weds the lovely lady Deepali!
For those confused few, KFANDRA Members Ajay 'Ahjoo' Sanghvi, Mukul 'Mkul' Inamdar and Vishal 'Poison' Jobanputra had not gone there to change Kadam's mind, if the 'weapon' Kadam seems to be holding had made you wonder. Kadam was not trying to keep the 3 away by slashing his weapon about. It can be clearly seen that the 'Katar' that Kadam is holding has a lemon stuck on its tip, obviously to be used in some religious ritual.

The players were gifted anklets!
The ground work started at 5.40 am and finished at 63.0 am this morning! The players completed the work with a smile and lots of passion and
were treated with a tactical full game. Just before the game the players were gifted uniquely stitched Velcro ankle bands used to keep the shin pads in place. In the image above you can see the players posing with the bands. The feminine side of some players was exposed at the joy they expressed when they thought they were being gifted 'anklets' that girls get to wear. Also, but not included here, KFANDRA purchased a brand new clock for the matches and sessions. KFANDRA thanks S. Sharma for his hard work in procuring the Velcro bands for KFANDRA.

Bhat wins the 'brown bread sandwich' competition!
Raghavendra 'Rags' Bhat surprised everyone with his culinary skills and was voted in as the player that created the most delicious brown bread sandwich. He won Rs. 200/-! After the friendlies played on Saturday the 28th, the players had a lovely brekkie. They were tasked with preparing an eggless and otherwise veggie brown bread sandwich with all the condiments being made by them from scratch. Watch some of the action in the video being released today the 1st of November.

Shubankar Inamdar wins 8 M KRoopies for TPP!
Shubhankar Inamdar received 7 votes for the drawings of his, what is presumed, wife Natalie and his daughter Radha. He also received 7 votes for what seems to be a Giraffe.
A total of 15 persons had submitted their votes for this competition.

Sudarshan Sharma wins 4 M KRoopies for TPP!
Sudarshan Sharma received 4 votes for the drawing of his Club, The Punching Pandas logo.
KFANDRA thinks Sharma should be lucky that the voters may have mistaken the drawing to be a copy of the famous character from the long ago movie 'The Karate Kid' playing with what looks to be a round object. He was also lucky that his win wasn't cancelled because he did not bother to submit his own votes for the competition.
A total of 15 persons had submitted their votes for this drawing competition.

KFANDRA keeps its promise!
KFANDRA promised brand new KFANDRA Match Balls for the KFANDRA Members that managed to purchase 3 players in PHASE 1 of the KLC5 BID.

All future referees!
KFANDRA gifted each player his own KFANDRA approved match whistle this morning. With KFANDRA's own Khare planning to participate in the KLC5, it was instrumental to ensure the players are capable of reffing, if Khare is busy playing. No doubt though, while reffing, Khare will be ava for providing a little help to the referee if needed.

KFANDRA distributed the brand new edition of the Handy-Handbook to the players present at this mornings session.

KFANDRA focus on tactical play!
KFANDRA has always found innovative ways to teach their players on defensive movement and stability. Note the pipes in the players hands and also resistance bands.
While most of the players seem thrilled, Deo seems to be thinking about if he left the gas on before he left home, Inamdar about how Karanth is looking might fine and Pardeshi just looks stunned. It must be stated here that although there were a few drops and some players had to leave early, practice still went on
as seriously as it always does.

The players at the KTA4/Testimonials!
Adit 'Mop' Bhorde and Tanmay 'Tan' Pardeshi kneeling in front of their teammates in an image taken during the KTA4/Testimonial matches set up for the two as a going away present. The session saw one momentum contact rugby match and one football match contested by the Northern Frontier and Southern Frontier. The two players leaving were ironically Kings of their frontiers and it was the Southern Frontier (red) and King Pardeshi that won both matches.
